TEA FOR TWO

JONAH IS CURIOUS ABOUT THIS "TEA PARTY" STUFF Hannah showing Jonah how it is done. (half-sepia toned image)
A PASTEL IMAGE: It appears that Jonah has caught on to the "pretend" tea party game. I love that concentration look on his face: (I love Natalie's look like that too. So cute for such young ones.)
Jonah realizes that he has an auidence.
Your turn Jonah...
Your turn Hannah...
A nice expression from our "tea party" participants...
even better...
how sweet is that...
Girls always love a tea party...
close-up of Hannah...how pretty!
a sweet pose of two first cousins...
How do you get a toddler to be still? Give him a chair just his size...
What an adorable face and fun expression!
Good Luck to Jonah and Hannah's mom on picking these out. These were done as a gift for their grandmother. I don't know if she knows about it or not, but it must not be a secret since Jonah's mom has already posted a few from the wildflowers on her blog.

This was a fun session. Let's see if I can get the last session that I have ready to post loaded tonight. ~~jami~~

JONAH & HANNAH AND WILDFLOWERS...

JONAH AND HIS COUSIN, HANNAH Don't you just the love the way younger children look up to olders ones?
I love this...

Okay, you gotta have a traditional portrait image too...
So sweet...
A beautiful image of a beautiful girl...
I love this close-up Jonah!
Jonah smiling too...
It started raining before we did all I had ideas that I had planned in the wildflower field, but I think we have plenty to work with from the 30 minute time slot we had before the rain set in. We did these Monday and then yesterday, the Tea Party. I will try to get them up tonight too or sometime tomorrow.

SANTA COMES TO TOWN

WELL, HE ACTUALLY CAME TO SCHOOL. WE PHOTOGRAPHED OVER 300 CHILDREN, A FEW OF WHICH WERE MY REGULAR CLIENTS, MOST OF THEM FROM PRE-K THROUGH 2ND GRADE.

These are Phyllis's children. Phyllis was a volunteer assistant last year and we were lucky enough to get her again. I think they are in the 3rd grade now. Tanya didn't write their name down on the log sheet. Sorry, Phyllis, I don't remember.
Emma (Natalie's aunt)
Natalie was scared at first. She was so excited to see Santa so she could tell him that she wants pink bubble gum for Christmas. But when I was getting her out of the car, she confesses that she scared. She was very scared last year. I was very pleased that after much coaxing, she decided Santa was okay!
MY VERY FAVORITE IMAGE!
Jonah, this is how Natalie felt about Santa last year!
Natalie and Emma
Julia
Don't you love these shots?
Later on that day, Jonah decided that Santa is okay as long as his mommy was there too.
Lily needed her Mimi to reassure her that Santa is okay.

THE REST OF THE CHRISTMAS IMAGES

This is the rest of the Christmas Images from the 2007 Christmas Portrait Sessions. I may have repeated some of the images twice since I added these at different times rather than all at the same time. I re-added Natalie's and Emma's because I had not finished them and I didn't realize it until I started making the orders.
I hope you enjoy this sneak preview of the Christmas images. They have all been ordered and should be available for pick-up at Dianne's frames by noon Saturday, December 1st. I will post again regarding pick-up.
MARLEE

I just love babies in their holiday clothes...

ANOTHER OF SKYLER
I missed this one of Natalie when I posted the ones below.
a few different poses of Jonah than what was posted before...

I don't think I posted this of Reagan already. I realized I had missed the main one that her mommy ordered when I was making the orders.
Landon and his baby brother, Leyton

Landon
Emma (with soft smile)
Emma (posing...Mrs. Jami has rubbed off on her)
Emma (with her big smile that mommy wanted to show her first lost tooth)
Emma and Natalie (the best we could get after pleading and begging with our 2 year old)
at least she's looking
I think I posted this already, but it was taken the same time as th ones with his cousin's.
COLBY & BRAXTON
Grace & Seth
I have photographed these two since Grace's first Christmas. She's now a pretty little...not a baby, I a sure her mommy misses that baby.
I missed this one of Madison when I posted the others below...
Alexa and Stewart (yes, I even photograph teens)
Their mom was a great assistant for the promotion.
Seth and Grace (out of order again, but this is the one that mommy liked)
MADISON
Madison is wearing a dress that was smocked by her mommy's mother. It was Madison's mommy's dress when she was a baby. I just love special heirlooms like this.

without bonnet...
