WHEN ARE YOU HAVING YOUR HOLIDAY PROMOTION?
The 2008 Holiday Promotion is scheduled for November 16th through the 18th.
WHAT TIME WILL YOU START SHOOTING EACH DAY?
Friday and Saturday we will start shooting from 10:00.
Sunday we will start at 2:00
The ending time has not been decided yet. We are waiting to see what the demand is before we decided what time to cut it off.
WHERE YOU HOST YOUR 2007 HOLIDAY PORTRAIT PROMOTION?
The 2007 Holiday Portrait Promotion will be at the Vidalia Recreation Center located near the ballpark.
WHO DO I CALL TO SCHEDULE MY DATE AND TIME?
Tanya Mallory will be assisting the promoting of the 2007 Holiday Promotion. Please call Tanya @ 318-336-9180 (home) or 601-431-9180 (cell) to schedule your appointment. Call as soon as possible. The best times will fill up quickly.
WILL THIS BE THE ONLY CHRISTMAS PROMOTION?
At this time this is the only Christmas/Holiday promotion that we have on the calendar. If there is enough interest and enough people, who cannot come on one of the scheduled dates (and if it books solid), we are considering adding the next Saturday, November 24th (the Saturday after Thanksgiving).
WHAT PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY?
Please see “HOLIDAY PROMOTION PACKAGES FOR 2007”. This is the post that shows the package prices and what is included in each package.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BE THERE BEFORE THE SESSION BEGINS?
Please be on time for your session…in fact, please be there and completely ready 10 minutes before you scheduled time. The recreation center is roomy and we should be able accommodate many people at one time.
If you aren’t there one time and the next appointment is there---we will proceed with the next appointment---and if we finish that one early and if time permits, we will go back and do yours. Otherwise, we will have to see if there are any cancellations or any openings left and re-schedule.
WHEN WILL WE VIEW THE IMAGES?
The images will be view immediately after the session.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER THE SAME DAY? DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL?
Yes, you have to place your order the same day. Full payment is expected.
CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL PRINTS LATER?
Any additional prints ordered after the session date will be at Jami Ainsworth Portrait regular prices. Also any prints ordered after the date will not be guaranteed to be available before the holidays.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER CHRISTMAS CARDS?
Yes, Christmas cards will be available for purchase.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER A PORTRAIT PACKAGE? I ONLY WANT CHRISTMAS CARDS?
No, you don’t have to order portraits this year. You may purchase Christmas cards only. There are, however, two sets of prices: cards purchased w/package and cards w/o package.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY TOY? CAN I BRING IT LATER?
Yes, you can bring it later during the same day. We understand. You are busy getting every one ready and you forget the toy you left on the table. We have had people forget the toy after receiving the discount. So to avoid this you must pay the full package price until you bring your toy. If you are paying with a check, you can re-write the check. If you pay with cash, we will give you $15.00 back once the toy is brought. The toys are for local charities. They will stay here in this area.
WILL THERE BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR MORE THAN ONE IN THE PHOTOGRAPH?
No. There are no additional fees for more than one subject in the photo. If time permits and you me know that you are interested, I will break the group down with the option to purchase additional packages. But if you want to do extended families are children from more than one family (for examples cousins), you will need to book an additional time slot and purchase an additional package.
I CAN’T DECIDE WHICH HOLIDAY OUTFIT. MAY I DO TWO OUTFITS?
If you choose, to do two outfits, you must schedule two time slots and you must purchase two packages…unless your child is ALWAYS cooperative when it comes to changing clothes. Otherwise, you should skip the very next time following your time slot so that we can continue shooting while you’re changing clothes.
For example, little Johnny is scheduled for a 2:00 time, your second outfit should be scheduled for 2:30 not the very next time 2:15
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE MY CARDS AND PORTRAITS ARE IN?
Your portraits should be available by the first Saturday in December, which will be December the 1st. However, check out this blog to make sure that there hasn’t been some unforeseen delay. There is a holiday during this time (Thanksgiving) and any and all types of problems will arise when you make a deadline. At the latest, they will be available by the next Saturday, December 8, 2007. I will post a special note to let you know that they are ready for pick-up.
WHERE WILL I PICK UP MY PORTRAITS ONCE THEY ARE READY?
The location to pick these up will be Dianne’s Frames (next door to Dairy Queen) in Natchez. Again, check the blog to confirm this information.
IS THERE A SESSION FEE FOR THE HOLIDAY PORTRAITS?
There is NO SESSION FEE. However, in the spirit of gift giving, if you bring a $10.00 toy (boy, girl or unisex…it doesn’t matter), you receive $15.00 off the portrait package ordered. This applies to portrait package ordered only.
I WOULD LIKE MY CHILD TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED WITH HIS SPECIAL HOLIDAY BEAR. CAN I DO THAT?
YES, YOUR OWN PROPS ARE WELCOME AND EVEN ENCOURAGED…
NICE IDEAS ARE TEDDY BEARS OR STUFFED ANIMALS, SANTA HATS AND CHRISMAS ORNAMENTS, ETC.
